- Research was conducted to understand factors which influence women can be success as member of IDT women group, also compare with men who member of IDT men group. This research was conducted in Gunungkidul Regency by analysis deskriptive method, survey was done by depth interview through comparative study in Sumberwungu Village Tepus Subdistrict (for women as member of IDT women group) and Wareng Village Wonosari Subdistrict (for men as member of IDT men group). Result of the Research showed that factors which influence women can be success in IDT women group significantly are level of education and motivation. On the other hand, factors which influence men can be success in IDT men group significantly are age and motivation.
