- The problems in rural social organization are very complex. One of the most crucial is how to develop the social organizations themselves. There are two factors that affect their development: internal and external. The internal factors include human resource, organization management, job specification and distribution as well as financial management. The external factors cover external support, limited networking, and the effects of globalization. More specifically, the problems within the rural social organizations have the roots in four constraints: (a) lack of facilities, (b) lack of professional resources, (c) the limited number of the community members participating in the social organization, and (d) limited networking.Toovercomethe problemsam to fosterthe developmentof social organizations,it is imperative that a strategy be adopted to reduce the tension between the financialmanagement on the one hand am the rural social organizations,which are non-profit in nature, set up by groups of altruist people
