- Manpower planning is a systematic planning process which is used as the basis and reference for the formulation of policies, strategies and implementation of sustainable employment development program. Therefore, it needs analysis of potential input, process, output and employment in a comprehensive impact. The goal of this study to determine the condition, potential and problems related to employment and to plan a strategy to increase employment in the City of Bekasi. The results showed that economic conditions, conditions of the region, social and cultural conditions is very conducive to the development of employment in the City of Bekasi. Based on the results of SWOT analysis in mind that strategic workforce planning is an appropriate strategy to eliminate weaknesses and optimize opportunities.
