- Influence of Leadership Behavior on the Quality of Government Apparatus Services at the Office of Women Empowerment and Family Planning (KB) of West Kutai Regency. This research aims to find out whether leadership behavior has a positive influence on the quality of service at the Office of Women Empowerment and Family Planning (KB) of West Kutai Regency. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between leadership behavior variables and service quality variables at the Office of Women Empowerment and Family Planning (KB) of West Kutai Regency. This can be known from the results of statistical tests where the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.775 which means there is a strong and positive relationship between the two variables. Meanwhile, the results of the t test (t-test) showed that the empirical t produced was 4,284. This result when compared to the table of critical prices t for n – 2 is 1.721. This means that there is a significant influence between the variables of leadership behavior on the quality-of-service variables. Thus, it can also be said that the purpose of this research can be achieved, problems can be solved, and hypotheses can be proven.Pengaruh Perilaku Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Aparatur Pemerintah Pada Kantor Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana (KB) Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perilaku kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana (KB) Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel perilaku kepemimpinan dengan variabel kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana (KB) Kabupaten Kutai Barat. Hal ini dapat diketahui dari hasil uji statistik dimana koefisien korelasi (r) adalah sebesar 0,775 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif diantara kedua variabel. Sementara itu hasil uji t (t-test) menunjukkan bahwa t empiris yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 4,284. Hasil ini jika dibandingkan dengan tabel harga-harga kritis t untuk n – 2 adalah 1,721. Ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yg signifikan antara variabel perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap variabel kualitas pelayanan. Dengan demikian maka dapat dikatakan pula bahwa tujuan penelitian ini dapat tercapai, permasalahan dapat terpecahkan dan hipotesis dapat dibuktikan.
