- To find the answers to problems that have been formulated and to prove or test the hypotheses of the study and to prove the truth of hypotheses have been put forward. From the analysis of the data found that the Spearman rank correlation coefficient generated is = 0.830 for n = 29. The results are greater when compared with the prices in the table Spearman Rank critical for n = 29, amounting to 0,312. This means that the variable leadership had a significant relationship with employee discipline variable On Board Civil Service Police Unit West Kutai. From the comparison value tables can be seen that there is a significant relationship between the variables of leadership with employee discipline On Board Civil Service Police Unit West Kutai. Where count> tables, namely 0.830> 0.312 at a rate significance 0.05 for n = 29. Based on the comparison of the data analysis, we can conclude also that the hypothesis proposed in this study can be received and verified Untuk menemukan jawaban atas masalah yang telah dirumuskan dan untuk membuktikan atau menguji hipotesis penelitian dan untuk membuktikan kebenaran hipotesis telah dikemukakan. Dari analisis data ditemukan bahwa koefisien korelasi peringkat Spearman yang dihasilkan adalah = 0,830 untuk n = 29. Hasilnya lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan harga dalam tabel Spearman Rank kritis untuk n = 29, sebesar 0.312. Artinya, variabel kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan variabel disiplin pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kutai Barat. Dari tabel nilai perbandingan dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel kepemimpinan dengan disiplin pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kutai Barat. Di mana hitungan> tabel, yaitu 0,830> 0,312 pada tingkat signifikansi 0,05 untuk n = 29. Berdasarkan perbandingan analisis data, kita dapat menyimpulkan juga bahwa hipotesis yang diusulkan dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima dan diverifikasi.
