- This study aimed to determine and describe how students' perceptions towards teaching Civics teacher at Junior High School 21 class VIII B of Lessons Dublin 2013/2014. Methods of Theoretical study using descriptive methods. The study sample was 23 respondents. Principal techniques of data collection is using questionnaire and data analysis. The results showed that there is an influence between students' perception which are the views, needs and expectations of teachers teaching PKn consisting of a process, encourage and organize the environment in SMP 21 Bandar Lampung.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan bagaimana persepsi siswa terhadap cara megajar guru PKn di kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode Deskriftif Teoritik. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 23 responden. Teknik pokok pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh antara persepsi siwa yaitu pandangan, kebutuhan dan harapan terhadap cara mengajar guru Pkn yang terdiri dari proses, dorongan dan mengorganisasi lingkungan di SMP Negeri 21 Bandar Lampung.Kata kunci : cara mengajar guru, metode mengajar guru, persepsi siswaÂ
