- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh tingkat pemahaman tentang prospek kerja guru terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa program studi PKn FKIP Unila tahun 2013? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan positif dan cukup erat tingkat pemahaman tentang prospek kerja guru terhadap minat belajar mahasiswa Program Studi PKn FKIP Unila tahun 2013.The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze whether there is a level of understanding of the influence of teachers 'employment prospects to students' learning interest FKIP Unila Civics course in 2013? The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect quite closely the level of understanding of teachers 'employment prospects to students' learning interest FKIP Unila Civics Studies Program in 2013.Kata kunci : minat belajar, pendidikan kewarganegaraan, prospek kerja guru
