- This article explores violence against women reality in heterosexual dating relationship which has been so far ignored by public. This article also describes how victims recognize and response to the violence and its impact. This article consists of case study about dating violence relationshipwhich is faced by “Dara”, “Gadis”, and “Putri”. Data analysis is based on in depth interview with three victims. The result shos how women are threatened injustice and discrimination by their partner thar is caused by unequal power relation. Result also shows law enforcement on handling violence against women in dating relationship is still ineffective because legal products wre still inappropriate to protect women and not use feminist paradigm.
