- The culture of work a strong and positive in the school environment will cultivate a sense of responsibility in yourself a member school so as to motivate to show performance of a satisfying and acheive the goal of educations such as the teaseis, compassionate and faster good on the board of the theacher, students, and serve the public. This study aims to measure the relationship of the leadhership of the headmaster against work culture teachers in elementary school the district of Banyuwangi. Studies were conducted in 60 elementary teachers in the district of the city of Banyuwangi with techniques of collecting data using the questionnaire. Research was carried out in the add years the 2012/2013. The analysis of data using Pearson corelation. Validity and realiability of a instruments using Cronbach Alpha. The research shows that there is a strong relationship between the leadhership of the head master against work culture teachers in school.Keywords: headmaster leadership, teaching of culture ability, elementary school.
