- On 2010 year, Indonesia will held 246 local election for chief and vice chief of provence, district and city. 192 of 246 local election still problemming in local election supervisor commitee process making. This article want to explore the basic problem of this, the impact of this problem to local election and also "the judicial road" to serve this problem. one solution that give of this article is President of Indonesia Republic should be making a Perppu to operate the opinion of constitutional court Number 11/PUU-VIII/2010.
