- Regulation and implementation of local and general election in Indonesia is still arising some complicated problems to take a quality democracy. Regulation of that is not enough because factor of local and general election has significantlyinfluence to result of local and general election implemented. In practice, usually gap between both regulation and implementation has been the local and general election in Indonesia running curcial. Some problems arrising like the general election comission understanding partially of local and general election regulation,local, and general election laws overlaping or confussing, innefectuve law inforcement. All of these course have sifnificantly influence to quality of democracy and implementation of local and general election in indonesia.
