Anemia in adolescents can cause a decrease in ability and concentration of learning, inhibit physical growth and intelligence of the brain, increase the risk of infection, reduce endurance so that it can easily get sick, reduce morale, concentration and learning achievement. This study aims to determine the effect of giving iron tablets with anemia status of adolescent girls in the Work Area of the Kerumutan Health Center in Pelalawan Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The study design was cross sectional. The population in this study were all female high school equivalents with a total of 153 people in the working area of the Kerumutan Health Center. Samples were taken by 15 respondents. Data collection tools in this study are independent variables using digital Hb and the dependent is the observation sheet. The analysis of this study used paired t-test dependent test. The test results are known to give iron tablets affect the anemia status of adolescent, which indicated the value of Pvalue &amp;lt;? is 0.000 &amp;lt; 0.05.</description><description lang="id-ID">Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan seluruh dunia, menurut World Health Organization (WHO) secara global, kasus anemia mempengaruhi 1,62 miliar orang atau setara dengan 24,8% dari populasi. Anemia pada remaja dapat menyebabkan menurunkan kemampuan dan konsentrasi belajar, menghambat pertumbuhan fisik dan kecerdasan otak, meningkatkan risiko infeksi, menurunkan daya tahan tubuh sehingga mudah sakit, menurunkan semangat, konsentrasi dan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian tablet besi (Fe)terhadap status anemia remaja putri di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kerumutan Kabupaten Pelalawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh siswi SMA Sederajat dengan jumlah 153 orang di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kerumutan, Sampel yang diambil 15 orang responden. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa variabel independen&#xA0; menggunakan Hb digital dan dependen adalah lembar observasi. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji paired t test dependent.
