- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan informasi tentang manajemen hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri di SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2018 sampai Juli 2018 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Tahap analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Pemeriksaan dan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tahapan kredibilitas data, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri dilakukan secara rutin setiap awal tahun ajaran baru melalui berbagai tahapan perencanaan dan persiapan dari pihak sekolah sebelum menjalin kerjasama. Pelaksanaan hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri dilakukan berdasarkan MoU dan menjalin komunikasi yang teratur antara kedua pihak serta memiliki berbagai kegiatan / bentuk kerjasama yang telah disepakati bersama. Evaluasi hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri dilakukan oleh sekolah dan pihak bisnis / industri untuk meningkatkan dan meningkatkan kegiatan hubungan sekolah dengan pihak bisnis / industri, menentukan arah dan program ke depan, serta menentukan keberlangsungan kerja sama. antara sekolah dan pihak bisnis / industri.
- This research aims to obtain an overview and information about the school relationship management with business/industrial party in State Vocational High School 40 East Jakarta. This research was conducted from February 2018 to July 2018 using qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Phase data analysis is done through data reduction stage, data display and data verification. Examination and checking the validity of data is done through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this study indicate that the planning of school relationship with business/industrial party is carried out routinely at the beginning of each new school year through various stages of planning and preparation from the school before establishing cooperation. Implementation of school relationship with the business/industrial party is carried out based on the MoU and establish regular communication between the two parties and have various activities/forms of cooperation that have been agreed upon. Evaluation of school relationship with the business/industrial party is carried out by schools and business/industrial party to increase and improve school relations activities with the business/industrial party, determine the direction and program for the future, and determine the sustainability of the cooperation between the school and business/industrial party.
