- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan penerima Beras Sejahtera di Desa Binangga, Kabupaten Parigi Tengah. Dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yaitudeskriptif. Dimana penarikan informan dilakukan dengan teknik Purpossive. Jenis data adalahdata primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian lapangan(observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi). Sedangkan informan berjumlah 9 orang. Aspek-aspeknyayang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 indikator yang diajukan oleh Zeithami, Parasuraman, Berry, (HarbaniPasolong) yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan. di mana lima indikator adalah Tangibles(Penampilan Fisik), Reabilitas (Keandalan), Daya Tanggap (Reaponsive) (Assurance), Assurance(Jaminan), Emphaty (Perawatan atau Perhatian). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, itu bisadisimpulkan bahwa Kualitas Layanan Beras Sejahtera di Kabupaten Parigi Tengah, Kabupaten Parigi Moutongbelum berjalan dengan baik dilihat dari lima indikator yang digunakan dalam hal Tangibles, Reability, Responsiveness,Assurance, Emphaty (Perawatan atau Perhatian). Dari segi penampilan fisik dari segi fasilitasdan infrastruktur di desa itu belum memadai, dalam hal responsif dalam memberikan layananyang belum tepat dan cepat dalam melayani masyarakat, dan dalam hal empati atauSikap keadilan diberikan oleh petugas yang bertanggung jawab atas pendistribusian beras yang sejahtera milikitidak sepenuhnya diterapkan secara adil dalam memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat.
- This study aims to determine the quality of receiving services for Prosperous Rice in Binangga Village, Central Parigi District. The basis of the research used is qualitative and type of research that isdescriptive. Where the withdrawal for informants is done by Purpossive techniques. Data types areprimary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are library research, field research(observation, interviews, and documentation). While the informants numbered 9 people. The aspectsused in the study consisted of 5 indicators proposed by Zeithami, Parasuraman, Berry, (HarbaniPasolong) which were used to measure service quality. where the five indicators are Tangibles(Physical Appearance), Reability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Reaponsive) (Assurance), Assurance(Guarantee), Emphaty (Treatment or Attention). Based on the results of the research obtained, it canbe concluded that the Prosperous Rice Service Quality in Central Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Districthas not run well seen from the five indicators used in terms of Tangibles, Reability, Responsiveness,Assurance, Emphaty (Treatment or Attention). In terms of physical appearance in terms of facilitiesand infrastructure in the village it is not yet adequate, in terms of responsiveness in providing servicesthat have not been appropriate and fast in serving the community, and in terms of empathy orattitude of justice provided by the officers who are responsible for distributing prosperous rice havenot fully applied fair in providing services to the community.
