- The research entitled "The Influence of the Leadership Style of the Head of Correctional Institution on the Performance of Employees at the Lapas Class IIA Lubuklinggau" which was carried out on the employees who served in the Lapas Class IIA Lubuklinggau aims to identify and explain the direct influence of leadership style on the performance of the employees in the Lapas Class IIA Lubuklinggau. The research method that will be used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of the Lapas Class IIA Kotabumi with 50 respondents. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire. The variables in this study are independent variables, namely Leadership Style and the dependent variable is Performance. Testing the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Lapas Class IIA Lubuklinggau was carried out usingvalidity tests, reliability tests, normality tests and simple regression tests.
- Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Lapas Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Lapas Klas IIA Lubuklinggau” yang dilakukan pada pegawai yang bertugas di Lapas Klas IIA Lubuklinggau ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lapas Klas IIA Lubuklinggau. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Lapas Klas IIA Lubuklinggau sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Variabel dalam penelitian ini berupa Variabel bebas yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan dan variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja. Pengujian pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Lapas Klas IIA Lubuklinggau dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas dan uji regresi sederhana.
