The research conducted is normative legal research which is in concreto in nature with a statutory and case approach. Land acquisition with the intention offdeveloping for publiccinterestsis regulated innLaw NumberN5 of 1960, Law Number 2 of 2012 juncto Law Number 11 of 2020, and Government Regulation Number 19 of 2021. The research results obtained in the implementation of compensation land acquisition for the construction ofsthesSolo – Mantingan TollsRoad section in Sragen Regency has not been fully implemented. Obstaclessthatsoccur in thenimplementation of compensation for the constructionnof toll roads in Sragen Regency, namely the Location Determination Decree which had not been issued immediately, thus hampering the process of implementing compensation.
- Tujuan penulisan artikel ininuntuk menganalisissaspekkhukum pelaksanaan ganti ruginpengadaanmtanah terhadap pelaksanaannpembangunan Jalan Tol ruas Solo – MantinganmdimKabupatennSragen. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang bersifat in concreto dengan pendekatanmundang-undang dan pendekatan kasus. Pengadaan tanahndengan maksuddpembangunan untuk kepentingan umumndiaturndalamnUU No. 5 Tahun 1960, UU No. 2 Tahun 2012 jo UU No. 11 Tahun 2020, dan PP No. 19 Tahun 2021. Hasilnpenelitiannyang diperoleh dalamnpelaksanaan gantinrugi pengadaan tanah untuk pembangunan Jalan Tol ruas Solo – Mantingan di Kabupaten Sragen belum sepenuhnya terlaksana. Hambatanmyang terjadimdalam pelaksanaan ganti rugi pada pembangunan jalanntolndi Kabupaten Sragen yaitu Surat Keputusan Penetapan Lokasi yang sudah kadaluwarsa dan Surat Keputusan Gubernur yang tidak segera diterbitkan sehingga menghambat proses pelaksanaan gantinrugi.
