- The author conducted a study on the effectiveness of the application of the authoritarian leadership style on the orderliness of the inmates at the Class IIB Kebumen Rutan with the aim of conducting an in-depth analysis to be able to draw the conclusion that how effective the application of the authoritarian leadership style is to the discipline possessed by the correctional inmates in the Class IIB Rutan Kebumen. This study focuses on research points on authoritarian leadership styles and behaviors that affect one's leadership so that conclusions can be drawn based on these 2 points whether the application of an authoritarian leadership style can significantly make the existing correctional inmates have a high level of order or preferably officers those in the Class IIB Kebumen Rutan evaluate on the leadership style applied In order for an orderly environment to occur in the Kebumen Class IIB Rutan area.
- Penulis melakukan penelitian terhadap evektivitas penerapan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter terhadap ketertiban warga binaan pemasyarakatan di Rutan Kelas IIB Kebumen dengan tujuan melakukan analisis mendalam untuk dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa seberapa efektif penerapan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter terhadap kedisiplinan yang di miliki oleh warga binaan pemasyarakatan yang ada di Rutan Kelas IIB Kebumen. Pada penelitian ini menititik beratkan poin penelitian pada gaya kepemimpinan otoriter serta perilaku – perilaku yang mempengaruhi kepemimpinan seseorang sehingga dapat di Tarik kesimpulan berdasarkan 2 poin tersebut apakah penerapan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter secara signifikan dapat membuat warga binaan pemasyarakatan yang ada memiliki tingkat ketertiban yang tinggi atau sebaiknya petugas yang ada di Rutan Kelas IIB Kebumen melakukan evaluasi terhadap gaya kepemimpinan yang di terapkan Agar terjadi lingkungan tertib di wilayah Rutan Kelas IIB Kebumen.
