- Human resources have an important role for company operation activity, because an employee has a big potency to operate company activity. Employees are the key of success of company in obtaining the goal and in determining organization performance. Therefore, employee performance has to be carried by company. Many things are influenced to employee performance, such as work discipline and work environment. This research discusses about influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance. Work discipline is employee awareness to fulfil all the rules in organization/company. Whereas work environment is all the things wich exist around the employee that can influence employee for work. This research use population in the amount 60 respondent. The result of this research are work discipline has influence positive and significant on employee performance, and work environment has influence positive and significant on employee performance. The most variable that influence on employee performance is variable work discipline. Keyword: work discipline, work environment, performance.
