- This research aimed to prove that training and working environment influence on working productivity at PT.Toyo Seal Indonesia employees. Within this research, population research refers to Production Employees at PT. Toyo Seal Indonesia which is about 315 employees that already pass the probation time. Sample used about 30 respondents and data was taken by way of questionnaires. The data collection are analyzed by Regression Analysis. The result of this analysis showed that Y= 5.755 + 0.460 X1 + 0.585 X2 , and the determination coefficients is about 47% , by that means, there are signification effect about Training and Working Environment on Working Productivity.
