- This research will analyze the performance measurement of Bank Syariah XYZ. There are several factors that affect the achievement of the company’s performance during 2009 until 2011. In this research, measurement of company performance is using a Balanced Scorecard concept which consist of the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes perspective and learning and growth perspective. Purpose of write this thesis is to see how differences in performance measurement used Balanced Scorecard by Bank Syariah XYZ measurement with performance using the concept of Balanced Scorecard by Kaplan and Norton. This type of research is comparative descriptive study. The point is to compare the performance measurement that have been used by cimpanies with the Balanced Scorecard performance measurement Overall, the implementation in performance measurement used Balanced Scorecard by Bank Syariah XYZ with performance using the concept of Balanced Scorecard by Kaplan and Norton is same and the result is good performance.
