- Many people think about negatively and associate is as a stressful event. For that reason, pre-retirement program is held for the employees. It is designed to help them to face retirement years. The goal of this study is to analyze the usefulness of pre-retirement programs. The employees of Bank Indonesia who involved in pre-retirement program becoma the sample of this research. As the result, there is no significant influence of pre-retirement program in order to prepare retirement years. No obligation to participate in pre-retirement programs and also narrow period of pre-retirement programs are the reason to support the result.
