In this research used financial ratio, such asEarning per Share (EPS),Return on Asset (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Return On Equity (ROE) and Economic Value Added (EVA). This study was taken because in the previous research there are still differences between each other and there are a differences between the result of previous research with existing theory. The sample of this research are listed companies in Agricultural Sectorin Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of 2009-2013. From nineteencompanies, only twelveare selected, determination of the sample in this research using purposive sampling based on the availability of financial report and listed in IDX during the study period. The type of data is secondary data, while data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the EPS, ROA, NPM, PER, ROE, and EVAtogether provide a significant positive effect on stock prices of listed companies in Agricultural Sectorin Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2009-2013. The partial effect of EPS, ROA, NPM and PER each have a significant effect on stock prices of listed companies in Agricultural Sector in IDX in the year of 2009-2013. However ROE and EVA each have no significant of listed companies in Agricultural Sector in IDX in the year of 2009-2013
