  • The results of the study of the daily profile of blood pressure (BP) in 194 patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), depending on the glomerular filtration rate (GFR), are presented. It was found that the daily monitoring of blood pressure in patients with CHF can significantly increase the frequency of detection of potentially dangerous changes in blood pressure. Target BP is achieved only in 42.9% of patients with CHF and GFR<45.1 ml/min/1.73m2 and in 18.4% of patients with CHF and GFR>69.8 ml/min/1.73m2. Episodes of systolic arterial hypotension were detected in 51% of patients with CHF and GFR<45.1 ml/min/1.73 m2 and 26.5% of patients with CHF and GFR ≥69.8 ml/ min/1.73m2, episodes of chronic arterial hypotension were diagnosed in 71.4% of patients with CHF and GFR≤45.1 ml/min/1.73 m2 and 61,2% of patients with CHF and GFR ≥69.8 ml/min/1.73 m2 . The duration of systolic arterial hypotension during the day in patients with CHF correlates with the level of glycemia and the duration of diastolic arterial hypotension-with the age of patients.
