- This study aims to determine the effect of safety and health (K3) on employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, and to determine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) and work discipline together to the performance of employees of Technical Services PT .Haleyora Power Area Banten Utara. Methods in this study using quantitative methods. Quantitative research methods can be interpreted as a research method based on positivism philosophy, used to examine the population or a particular sample, sampling techniques are generally done randomly, data collection using isntrumen research, quantitative / statistical data analysis with the aim to test the hypothesis has been established. The number of samples used in this study 65 respondents. Data collection techniques used by the authors in this study are library research (Library Research), Field research (Field Research), observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. Tests conducted to determine the effect of safety and health (K3) and work discipline on the performance used SPSS program assistance that produces output. Based on the calculation of SPSS obtained tcount> ttable (2,440> 1,998) and significance value <α (0,018 <0,05), then H0 rejected and Ha accepted, obtained tcount> ttable (5,255> 1,998) and significance value <α (0,000 <0,05), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, the value Fcount> Ftable (37,151> 3,15) and significance value <α (0,000 <0,05), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Based on the significance test obtained that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and work discipline on the performance of employees of Technical Services PT. Haleyora Power Area Banten Utara.
