  • Postpartum blues dialami oleh dua pertiga dari ibu melahirkan. Postpartum Blues (PPB) yaitu gangguan afek ringan yang tampak pada minggu pertama setelah melahirkan, memuncak pada hari ke tiga sampai ke lima. Apabila postpartum blues tidak ditangani akan berkembang menjadi depresi postpartum. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara dukungan sosial pada ibu postpartum primipara dengan kejadian postpartum blues di RSKIA Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskiptif korelasi, populasi dalam penelitian ibu primipara di RSKIA Kota Bandung berjumlah 106 orang, tehnik sampling yang digunakan consecutive sampling dengan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner EPDS dan postpartum support system and family coping quessionaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 95 responden yang mendapatkan dukungan sosial baik mengalami postpartum bluessebanyak 34 responden (35,8%), yang tidak mengalami postpartum blues sebanyak 61 responden (64,2%) 11 responden mendapatkan dukungan sosial kurang mengalami postpartum blues 9 responden (81,8 %), tidak mengalami postpartum blues 2 responden (18,2 %), uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value sebesar 0,007 ( p < 0,05 ) berarti ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial terhadap kejadian postpartum blues pada ibu primipara di RSKIA Kota Bandung. Disarankan untuk hasil penelitian dapat bermanfaat bagi pelayanan keperawatan dalam menerapkan deteksi dini kemungkinan postpartum blues dengan EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale).;--Postpartum blues are experienced by two thirds of mothers giving birth. Postpartum Blues (PPB) is a mild affective disorder that appears in the first week after giving birth, peaking on the third to fifth day. If the postpartum blues is not treated it will develop into postpartum depression. This study was conducted to identify the correlation between social support in primipara postpartum mothers and the correlation of postpartum blues at RSKIA in Bandung. The research method used is descriptive correlation, the population in the study of primipara mothers in RSKIA Bandung amounted to 106 people, the sampling technique used was consecutive sampling with data collection techniques using the EPDS and postpartum support system and family coping questionnaires. The results showed that from 95 respondents who received social support both experienced postpartum blues as many as 34 respondents (35.8%), who did not experience postpartum blues as many as 61 respondents (64.2%) 11 respondents received less social support experiencing postpartum blues 9 respondents (81.8%), who did not experience postpartum blues 2 respondents (18.2%), the results of statistical tests obtained a p value of 0.007 (p <0.05) means that there is a correlation between social support for the incidence of postpartum blues in primipara mothers at RSKIA City of Bandung. It is recommended that the results of the study be useful for nursing services in applying early detection of possible postpartum blues with EPDS (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale).
