This situation gives challenges to the teacher to teach the students from a far, which is practically ineffective. This condition especially became harder for teachers who teach young learners such as in Junior High School. Most of Junior High Schools in Banyumas sub-district are ones of many schools that affected from this condition. Thus, this study aims to see the barriers of teachers in providing online English learning in the conditions of learning from home at the junior high school level in Banyumas District. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The population in this study were teachers English language SMP in Banyumas sub-district which assesses 4 teachers. Sampling using a total sampling consisting of 4 teachers. Instruments used in the form of interviews and teacher questionnaires in lesson planning, implementation learning, evaluation / evaluation of learning. Instruments in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The teacher used has been validated by researchers with expert validation. The data analysis technique used was a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that it was concluded that the teacher was in English learning on learning conditions from home at junior high school level in Banyumas Dalam sub-district was obstructed and experienced obstacles. This is obtained from each category, such as in lesson planning in this case preparation of learning tools, and evaluation and learning outcomes.
