- ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2) motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Bengkalis yang berjumlah 87 orang diperoleh dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrument penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koofisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Secara parsial hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,332, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,354. Sedangkan secara simultan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,418.Kata Kunci:Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah; Motivasi Kerja Guru; Kinerja GuruABSTRACTThis study aims to investigate the influence of variables (1) the principal's leadership on teacher performance, (2) work motivation of teachers on teacher performance, (3) the principal's leadership and motivation of teachers working together on teacher performance. Respondents are state elementary school teacher in District Bengkalis totaling 87 people were obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data collected through questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculated using Cronbach alpha. In partial results showed the positive influence among the leadership of the principal on teacher performance of 0.332, and a positive influence between work motivation of teachers on teacher performance of 0.354. While simultaneously the influence of school leadership and motivation of teachers on teacher performance of 0.418.Keywords:Leadership Principal; Work Motivation Teacher; Teacher Performance
