  • ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis (1) Kepemimpinan berbasis nilai berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya kerja (2) Kepemimpinan berbasis nilai berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru (3) Budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru (4) Kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan budaya kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se-Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar. Populasi sebanyak 95 orang guru. Dengan teknik cluster random sampling, diperoleh sampel 77 orang responden. Analisis data menggunakan Path analisis (analisis jalur). Hasil penelitian disimpulkan (1) Kepemimpinan berbasis nilai berpengaruh positif terhadap budaya kerja sebesar 96,3%, artinya semakin tinggi nilai kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dapat menciptakan budaya kerja yang semakin baik (2) Kepemimpinan berbasis nilai berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 96,5%, artinya semakin tinggi nilai kepemimpinan berbasis nilai semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerja guru disekolah tersebut (3) Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 95%, artinya, semakin baik budaya kerja yang ada disekolah, semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja guru di sekolah tersebut (4) Kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sebesar 96,8%, artinya semakin tinggi nilai kepemimpinan berbasis nilai dan budaya kerja yang tercipta disekolah, semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja guru di Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamatan Salo, Kabupaten Kampar.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Kerja Guru, Kepemimpinan Berbasis Nilai, dan Budaya Kerja ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze (1) Value-based leadership directly affect positively and significantly to the work culture (2) Value-based leadership directly affect positively and significantly to job satisfaction of teachers (3) Working culture directly affect positively and significantly to job satisfaction of teachers (4) value-based leadership and work culture positive and significant direct effect on job satisfaction of teachers in junior high school sub-district Salo Kampar regency. The population of as many as 95 teachers. With cluster random sampling, sample obtained 77 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis (path analysis). The final conclusion (1) The values-based leadership has positive influence on the work culture at 96.3%, meaning that the higher the value of value-based leadership can create a better working culture (2) a value-based leadership positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers 96.5 %, meaning that the higher the value of value-based leadership the higher the job satisfaction of teachers to the school (3) working culture positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers by 95%, that is, the better the work culture that exist in school, the higher the job satisfaction of teachers in these schools (4) the values-based leadership and work culture positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers by 96.8%, meaning that the higher the value of value-based leadership and work culture that is created in school, the higher the job satisfaction of teachers in junior secondary school in the District Salo, KamparKeywords : Teacher’s job satisfaction, value based leadership, work culture
