- RINGKASAN KRISMA YULIANTI NIM 1710246122 “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Riau”. Dengan dosen pembimbing Marnis dan Machasin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung mengenai Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Pehubungan Provinsi Riau dengan mengunakan Path Analisis. Sampel penelitian ini mengunakan slovin sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 110 pegawai. Hasil dalam penelitian ini bahwa Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, Kepuasan kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai SUMMARY KRISMA YULIANTI NIM 1710246122 "The Effect of Leadership and Competence on Job Satisfaction and Its Impact on Employee Performance in the Transportation Service of Riau Province". With supervisors Marnis and Machasin. This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of Leadership and Competence on Job Satisfaction and its impact on Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Riau Province Transportation Agency Office using Path Analysis. The sample of this study used Slovin so that the sample in this study was 110 employees. The results in this study that Leadership and Competence have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Leadership, Competence and Job Satisfaction have a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction. Leadership and Competence affect Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.
