Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Enok Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. dibimbing oleh Makhdalena dan Daviq Chairilsyah Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru di Kecamatan Enok Kabupaten Indarigiri Hilir. Populasi dari penelitian iniadalah Guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Enok Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang berjumlah 35 orang dan semua diteliti. Jenis data dari penelitian ini adalah data primer untuk variabel Motivasi yang diperoleh dari guru dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan data sekunder untuk Variabel Kompensasi dan kinerja yang diperoleh dari sekolah dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan path analisis dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Motivasi dan Kompensasi berpengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Guided Makhdalena and Daviq Chairilsyah This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation and compensation on teacher performance in Enok District, Indarigiri Hilir District. The population of this study was 35 junior high school teachers in Enok District, Indragiri Hilir Regency and all were studied. The type of data from this study are primary data for Motivation variables obtained from teachers using questionnaires and secondary data for Compensation Variables and performance obtained from schools using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques using path analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that motivation and compensation affect both simultaneously and partially.
