- ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Propinsi Riau serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Propinsi Riau.Populasi dalam penelitian ini ini adalah aparatur sipil negara Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau sebanyak 183 orang. Besaran sampel yang akan digunakan adalah sebanyak 183 orang teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Sensus. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi dan Disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Kanwil Kementrian Agama Provinsi Riau. Komitmen organisasi aparatur sipil negara di lingkungan Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Agama Provinsi Riau secara parsial mempengaruhi Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Kanwil Kementrian Agama Provinsi Riau. Budaya organisasi aparatur sipil negara di lingkungan Kantor Wilayah Kementrian Agama Provinsi Riau mempengaruhi Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Kanwil Kementrian Agama Provinsi Riau. Disiplin Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Kanwil Kementrian Agama Provinsi Riau berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Lingkungan Kanwil Kementrian Agama Provinsi Riau. Kata Kunci:Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Regional Office of Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau and to know and analyze the influence of Organizational Commitment, organizational culture and work discipline partially on the performance of employees at the Regional Office Ministry of Religious Affairs of Riau Province.The population in this study is the civil state apparatus of the Regional Office of Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau as many as 183 people. The sample size used 183 people sampling technique using Census technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment, organizational culture and work discipline simultaneously affect the Satisfaction of Civil State Apparatus Work in the Regional Office of Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau. The commitment of the civil state apparatus organization in the Regional Office of Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau partially affects the performance of State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Office of Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau. The culture of the civil state apparatus organization in the Regional Office of Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau affects the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the Regional Office of Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau.
