- ABSTRAKRIDWAN, NIM. 1410245823, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Disiplin Kerja serta Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Riau, dibimbing oleh Susi Hendriani dan Samsir.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 149 orang. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dimana menurut metode ini sampel yang diambil adalah 109 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan dan disiplin memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi dan kinerja pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Riau. Dan kompetensi menengahi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan. Population in this research is all employees of Department of Tourism and Creative Economy of Riau Province which amounted to 149 people. Sampling in this research is by using Slovin formula, where according to this method the sample taken is 109 people. Data collection technique is done by using questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. The result of this research get the result that leadership and discipline have a significant and positive influence to the competence and performance of employees of Tourism Department and Creative Economy of Riau Province. And competence mediates the influence of leadership and discipline on employee performance. Keywords : Leadership, Discipline, Competence and Performance
