- ABSTRAKSanti Agustina, NIM. 1510248093, Kontribusi Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Dan Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Tanah Putih, dibimbing oleh Hasnah Faizah AR; ZulkarnainPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2) motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (3) kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (4) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (5) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru , (6) motivasi dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru, (7) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di kecamatan Tanah Putih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasional. Sampel adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 85 orang guru diperoleh dengan tekniktotal sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik infrensial dan pengujian hioptesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan: (1) kepemimpian kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 36,3%, (2) motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 43,7%, (3) kompetensi guru terhadapkinerja guru sebesar 50,3%,(4) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 54,0%, (5) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dankompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 63,3%, (6) Motivasidan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 60,6%, (7) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 67,5%. Variabel kompetensi guru memberikan sumbangan efektif terbesar di antara ketiga variable bebas tersebut terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di kecamatan Tanah Putih.Hal ini berarti bahwa tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru di SMA Negeri kecamatan Tanah Putih dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi, dan kompetensi guru.Kata Kunci; Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah , Motivasi Guru, Kompetensi Guru dan Kinerja GuruABSTRACTSanti Agustina, NIM. 1510249093, The Contribution Of The Headmaster Leadership , Motivation And Teacher’s Competence On The Performance Of Public High School Teacher In Tanah Putih Sub District, Supervised by Hasnah Faizah AR and Zulkarnain.This research aims to find out how much the contribution of (1) the headmaster’s leadership on teacher’s performance, (2) the teacher’s motivation onteacher’s performance, (3) the teacher’s competence on teacher’s performance, (4) the headmaster’s leadership and the teacher’s motivation on teacher’s performance, 5) the headmaster’s leadership and the teacher’s competence onteacher’s performance, (6) the motivation and teacher’scompetenceon teacher’s performance. (7)the headmaster’s leadership, the motivation and competenceof teacheron teacher’s performance of SMA Negeri in Tanah Putih sub-district.This research includes a quantitative research with correlation technique. The sample is the total population of 85 teachers obtained by total sampling technique. Analysis of the data have been used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there were significant contributions of: (1) the headmaster's leadership on teacher’s performance 36,3%, (2) the teacher's motivation onteacher’s performance 43,7%, (3) the teacher’s competence on teacher’s performance 50,3%, (4) the headmaster’s leadership and the teacher’s motivation on teacher’s performance 54,0%, (5) the headmaster’s leadership and the teacher’s competence on teacher’s performance 63,3%, (6) the motivation and the competence of teacheron teacher’s performance 60,6%, (7) theheadmaster’s leadership, the motivation and the competence of teacher on teacher’s performance equal to 67,5%. The teacher’s competence variable give the largest effective contribution among the three independent variables to the performance of high school teachers in Tanah Putih sub-district. This means that the high level of teacher performance in SMA Negeri Tanah Putih sub-district can be influenced by the headmaster's leadership, motivation, and teacher competence.
