- ABSTRAKZAMRIYANTO, NIM. 1510248473, PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DAN BUDAYA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI SEKECAMATAN DAYUN KABUPATEN SIAK, dibimbing oleh Isjoni dan Hadriana.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel (1) komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru, (2) komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru, (3) budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak yang berjumlah 97 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh secara signifikan komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,621, dan terdapat pengaruhsecara signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,195. Dan adanya pengaruh secara signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,159. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Interpersonal, Budaya Sekolah, dan Kinerja GuruABSTRACTZAMRIYANTO, NIM. 1510248473, THE EFFECT OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND SCHOOL CULTURE TO THE PERFORMANCE OF TEACHER OF SMP NEGERI SEKECAMATAN DAYUN REGENCY OF SIAK, supervised and proctoring by Isjoni and Hadriana.This study aims to determine the influence of variables (1) interpersonal communication and school culture together on teacher performance, (2) interpersonal communication on teacher performance, (3) school culture on teacher performance. The respondents were teachers of SMP Negeri in Dayun Sub-district of Siak Regency, amounting to 97 people. Data collection was done through questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The reliability coefficient of the instrument is calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. The result of the research shows that there is significant influence of interpersonal communication and school culture together to teacher performance equal to 0,621, and there is significant influence between interpersonal communication to teacher performance equal to 0,195. And the significant influence of school culture on teacher performance of 0.159.Keywords : Interpersonal Communication, School Culture, and Teacher Performance
