Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Aktivitas Guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Teluk Meranti Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau, dibimbing oleh Hasnah Faizah dan Mahdum.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (2) aktivitas guru dalam kelompok kerja guru (KKG) terhadap kinerja guru, (3) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan aktivitas guru dalam kelompok kerja guru (KKG) secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Teluk Meranti yang berjumlah 84 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,740, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara aktivitas guru dalam kelompok kerja guru (KKG) terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,597. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan aktivitas guru dalam kelompok kerja guru (KKG) terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,758. The Effect Of Principal Leadership And Teacher Activity in a Teacher Working Gruop on Teacher Performance of Publik Elementary School Teluk Meranti Subsdistric Pelalawan Regency of Riau Province, Guided by Hasnah Faizah dan Mahdum.The aims of this study is to determine the influene of variables (1) principal leadership on teacher performance, (2) teacher activity in teacher working group on teacher performance, (3) principal leadership and teacher activity in teacher working group on teacher performance. The respondents of this research are the elementary school teachers in Teluk Meranti subsdistrict, which are 84 people. The data collection was done through questionnaire as a research instrument. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The reliability coefficient of the instrument is calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. The result of the research shows that there is a positive influence between the principal’s leadership on teacher performance equal to 0.740, there is a positive influence between teacher activity in teacher working group on teacher performance equal to 0,597, and then there is influence of principal leadership and teacher activity in teacher working group on teacher performance equal to 0.758.Keywords: Principal Leadership; Teacher Activity in Teacher Working Group; Teacher Performance
