  • ABSTRAKNOVFELANINGRUM EDJUISTA, NIM 1410245406, Kontribusi Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Komitmen Profesi Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri se Kecamatan Limapuluh Kota Pekanbaru, dibimbing oleh Azhar dan Nurpit Junus.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kontribusi variabel (1) kompetensi pedagogik terhadap komitmen profesi guru, (2) iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen profesi guru, (3) kompetensi pedagogik dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap komitmen profesi guru. Responden penelitian adalah 136 orang guru PNS, tersebar pada 17 unit Sekolah Dasar Negeri, diperoleh dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket dan tes sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Secara parsial hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 0,366, dan terdapat kontribusi secara signifikan antara iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 0,580. Sedangkan secara simultan terdapat kontribusi kompetensi pedagogik dan iklim organisasi terhadap komitmen profesi guru sebesar 0,600. This study aims at determining the contribution of variables (1) pedagogic competence towards teacher professional commitment, (2) organizational climate toward teacher professional commitment, (3) pedagogic competence along with organizational climate towards teacher professional commitment. The research respondents were 136 civil servant teachers, spreading over 17 units of State Elementary School, obtained by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire and test as a research instrument. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The reliability of instrument coefficient is calculated using the cronbach alpha formula. Partially, the result of research shows that there is a significant contribution between pedagogic competence towards teacher professional commitment of 0.366, and there is a significant contribution between organizational climate and teacher professional commitment of 0,580. While simultaneously, there is a contribution of pedagogic competence and organizational climate to the teacher professional commitment of 0.600.Keywords: Pedagogic Competency; Organizational Climate; teacher Professional Commitment
