- ABSTRAKANDRAYANTI, NIM 1410246004, Hubungan Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan dengan Kinerja Kepala Sekolah di Kecamatan Siak, dibimbing oleh Daeng Ayub Natuna dan Zulkarnain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis lingkungan kerja, kompetensi kewirausahaan, kinerja kepala sekolah. jenis penelitiannya tergolong dalam penelitian korelasional (Hidayat, 2007). Penelitian ini menguji tiga variabel yang akan diteliti dan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Sehubungan dengan ini, maka yang menjadi variabel X1 (independen) adalah lingkungan kerja, variabel X2 (independen) adalah kompetensi kewirausahaan dan variabel Y (dependen) adalah kinerja kepala sekolah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala sekolah di Kecamatan Siak mulai dari PAUD dan TK, SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/SMK/MA baik negeri maupun swasta yang berjumlah 67 orang. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Terdapat hubungan secara signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Besar hubungan yang dihasilkan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah sebesar 6%, terdapat hubungansecara signifikan antara kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Besarnya hubungan yang dihasilkan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah sebesar 9,3%, Variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja kepala sekolah. Hubungan antarvariabel ini secara bersama-sama memberikan korelasi sebesar 15% dengan kinerja kepala sekolah. Dengan demikian, jika lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi kewirausahaan meningkat, akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja kepala sekolah.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kompetensi Kewirausahaan, Kinerja Kepala SekolahABSTRACTANDRAYANTI, NIM 1410246004, The Relationship Of Work Environment and Entrepreneurial Competence to The Performance of The Principal in Siak District. The type of research belongs to correlational research (Hidayat, 2007). This study examines three variables to be studied and to determine whether there is a relationship between independent variables with dependent variable. In relation to this, then the variable X1 (independent) is the working environment, the variable X2 (independent) is the entrepreneurial competence and the variable Y (dependent) is the performance of the principal. The population in this research are all headmaster in Siak sub-district from PAUD and kindergarten, elementary / MI, SMP / MTs, SMA / SMK / MA both public and private, amounting to 67 people. Results of processing and data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between the work environment on the performance of principals. The relation resulted from work environment toward principal performance is 6%, there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurship competence to principal performance. The amount of relationship generated entrepreneurial competence on school principal performance of 9.3%, Variable work environment and entrepreneurial competencies together have a positive and significant relationship with the performance of the principal. The relationship between these variables together gives a correlation of 15% with the performance of the principal. Thus, if the work environment and entrepreneurial competence increases, will further improve the performance of the principal.Keywords: Work Environment, Enterpreneur Competence,Principal Performance
