- AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variable (1) iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru, (2) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja, (4) iklim organisasi sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMA di Kecamatan Rangsang Barat Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti yang berjumlah 40 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrument penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien reliabilitas instrument dihitung menggunakan rumus Alpha cronbach. Secara persial hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Kontribusi iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0.805. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru. Kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,866. iklim organisasi sekolah berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. Kontribusi iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0,864. Iklim organisasi sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Kontribusi iklim organisasi sekolah dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,873. Kata kunci : Iklim Organisasi Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Guru.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of variable (1) school climate on the work performance, (2) work motivation on teacher performance, (3) school organizational climate on work motivation, (4) school organizational climate and work motivation together on teacher performance. The recpondens were all high school teachers in Rangsang Barat District, Meranti Island District, amounting to 40 peple. Data collection was done through questionnaire as research indtrumen. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis , inferensial analysis and hypothesis testing. The instrument reliability coefficien iis calculated using alpha cronbach formula. Thecontribution of school organizational climate yoteacher performance is 0,805. Work motivation has a positive impact of work motivation to teacher performance equal to 0,866. Climate of school organization has an effect on work motivation. The contribution of school organizational climate to work motivation is 0,864. Climate school organization and work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of teachers. The contribution of school organizational climate and work motivation simultaneously to teacher performance of 0,873. Key word : School Organization climate, work motivation, Teacher performance.
