Tim Promotor : Sujianto, Sofyan Husein Siregar dan Ridwan Manda Putra.Latar belakang dan Tujuan: Sebagai salah satu perusahaan negara, PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning mempunyai kewajiban untuk melestarikan lingkungan di kawasan operasional perusahaan. Kewajiban tersebut dilakukan dalam bentuk program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Tujuan program CSR untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang muncul di kawasan PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning. Salah satunya adalah mengatasi permasalahan abrasi dan kerusakan ekosistem mangrove dengan nama program permata hijau (revitalisasi dan konservasi kawasan mangrove). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan rumusan model implementasi CSR PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning secara berkelanjutan di kawasan mangrove. Bahan dan Metode: untuk mengetahui keberlanjutan CSR, metode yang digunakan adalah Rapid Appraisal for Corporate Social Responsibility (RAPCSR) modifikasi RAPFISH. Hasil: Status keberlanjutan Program Permata Hijau CSR PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning di kawasan mangrove secara multi dimensi termasuk kategori kurang berkelanjutan. Hasil analisis MDS diperoleh tiga dimensi yang memiliki nilai indeks kurang berkelanjutan yaitu dimensi ekologi 48,1%, dimensi ekonomi 46% dan dimensi kelembagaan 46%. Sedangkan terdapat dua dimensi yang cukup berkelanjutan yaitu dimensi sosial 53,2% dan dimensi teknologi 52,1%. Kesimpulan: Hasil tersebut memberikan kesimpulan bahwa Program Permata Hijau CSR PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning masih berorientasi pada dimensi sosial dan dimensi teknologi, serta mengabaikan dimensi ekologi, dimensi ekonomi dan dimensi kelembagaan. Ditemukan lima faktor kunci dari sembilan faktor yang mempengaruhi program CSR permata hijau, yaitu abrasi pantai (a), sedimentasi pantai (s), rerata penghasilan (p), potensi dan jumlah kunjungan wisata (w), dan legalitas kawasan mangrove (l) yang dapat digambarkan dalam hubungan fungsi: ICSR = f (a,s,p,w,l) serta ditemukannya model implementasi CSR secara berkelanjutan yang baru dan diberi nama RapCSR Models.Kata Kunci: Berkelanjutan, CSR, implementasi, mangrove, model dan RAPCSR. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning has the obligation to preserve the environment in the company’s operational area. The obligationis carried out in the form of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. The aim of the CSR program is to overcome various problems that have arisen in the area of PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning. One of them is to overcome the problems of abrasion and demage to mangrove ecosystems with the name of the Permata Hijau Program (revitalization and concervation of mangrove areas). The purpose of this study is to produce a formulation of the CSR implementation model of PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning sustainably in the mangrove area. Materials and methods: To determine the sustainability of CSR, the methode used is Rapid Appraisal for Corporate Social Responsibility (RAPCSR) modification of RAPFISH. Result: Sustainability status of Permata Hijau CSR Program PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning in the mangrove area in a multi-dimensional category is less sustainable. MDS analysis results obtained three dimensions that have a less sustainable index value, namely the ecological dimension 48.1%, the economic dimension 46%, and the institutional dimension 46%. While there are two dimensions that are quite sustainable, namely the social dimension 53,2% and the technological dimension 52,1%. Conclusion: these results provide the conclusion that the Permata Hijau CSR Program of PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning is still oriented towards the social and technological dimensions, and ignores the ecological, economic and institutional dimensions. Found five key factors out of nine factors that influence the Permata Hijau CSR Program, abrasion (a), sedimentation (s), averege income (p), potential and total of tourist visits (w) and the legality of mangrove areas (l) which can be described in the function relationship: ICSR=f(a,s,p,w,l), and the discovery of a new sustainable CSR implementation model called the RapCSR Models.Keywords: Sustainable, CSR, implementation, mangroves, models and RAPCSR
