  • Raw materials are very important in making a food. Sriwedari restaurant have a problem to manage raw materials because too many. Therefore Sriwedari restaurant need information system for forecast each raw material. Information system using Single Moving Average method. The first thing done was to collect data and analyze the existing system. The next stage of implementing and evaluating systems that have been designed to run and evaluate the results of the implemented system. By utilizing forecasting information system can determine the restaurant Sriwedari raw materials to be purchased in accordance with data on past sales.
