- PT. Medix Soft is a software house that brought the agile programming concept, which avoid writing documents that do not contribute directly to the completion of the issue, who wants to meet the customer quality requirement by implementing QMS ISO 9001:2008. While QMS ISO 9001:2008 requires to document the entire process. Based on this, PT. Medix Soft requires an analysis and design of business processes using QMS ISO 9001:2008. In analyzing and designing business process using QMS ISO 9001:2008, the first step is develop research instruments and collect data and then do the data analysis and design the ISO documentation. The result of ISO documentation will test by the expert about the content validity of the design. Analysis of business process compliance with ISO 9001:2008 requirement is 53%. From the result of existing gap, ISO documentation is designed and consist a quality manual, 22 SOP documents, 25 work instruction documents, and 76 forms. Validity test result that the design of ISO documentation complies 100% with the requirements of QMS ISO 9001:2008. In addition, analysis of IT strategic plan obtained 20 investments of information system.
