- Computers have become part of the daily life of most people. The high level of computer utilization is inversely proportional to the knowledge of the computer itself because most computer users only care about the job use only. When the computer is having problems, technical problems will be handled by a technician. Not all computer users are always accompanied by a technician that is able to resolve technical problems. In addition to the availability of technicians, computer users also have problems of distance, time and cost in handling computer malfunction. The solution to overcome the above problems is build an application that can diagnose the computer malfunction and help provide solutions to take appropriate action in dealing with damage to the computer. Application can be run via the web and the mobile web so that the application can be widely used because it can be easily accessed by many people. By using Mobile Web-based Application for Diagnosis of Computer Malfunction, without relying fully on the technician. With an application that has been developed, the problem of distance, time and cost in handling computer malfunction, can be minimized.
