- Student Affair Department is one of technical unit located in a college. Student Affair Department conduct training and the service for student organizations. In each period, student organizations have work programs should be done. The work programs contain activities that are planned to be implemented in each period. During this administration data management activities carried out by the student organization of the Student Affair Department in a way to archive documents in which each pile are categorized in each period. In addition the documents are not recapitulated every month. It causes difficulty in searching documents, requires much time in processing data activities of the student organization, so the information that is desired cannot be retrieved quickly. The development of information technology today can help the Student Affair Department in data processing to yield information that is desired. A web-based administration information system of student organizations activities that was built can help Student Affair Department in doing administration of the student organizations activities that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The system that was built can produce the report which is desired by the head of Student Affair Department.
