- Employees are the most important resource within the company. For this reason, a good employee and meet the qualification standards will only be obtained through an effective recruitment efforts. To get the quality of human resources is required selection of good candidates. Selection of employees carried out to find potential employees what is good and best suit the requirements needed by the company.To demonstrate an objective selection process, then designed an application that will simplify and accelerate the process of selection of employees by the decision maker. Applications are made based on the method Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making that will be implemented for employee selection process so as to produce a decision prospective employees who will occupy a certain position, while the final decision will be determined by the user based on further consideration. Fuzzy Multicriteria Decision Making Methods relevant to the context of hiring new selection system. That is because so many criteria (multicriteria) that must be considered in this selection process. In addition, the basis of selection criteria and candidates will be accepted or rejected, in fact a symptom that is often elusive.
