- As a department of college that works to serve student in nonacademic field, STIKOM Surabaya's Student Affair often faces various of administration problems. Those problems are problems which related with maintenance of achievement, maintenance of organization history, maintenance of interest, maintenance of event, maintenance of event participant, maintenance of SSKM, and maintenance of 0 SKS lecture. In relation with event, student affair also faces difficulty in deciding student that is sent to the event because a lot of student that has competency in that event. Because there is not decision support system, then so far sending student to the event is still intuitive and subjective. Student Affair needs an application that can solve and handle administration problems well. Besides, student affair needs decision support system that can give solution or suggestion for deciding the best student that will be sent to the event. In this case, the application use AHP and TOPSIS as method of decision support system. In application, user will be asked to decide criteria and its weight, then user will compare all alternative in each criteria. After that, application will produce an order of alternative. So, this system or this application can make student affair to choose the best student that will be sent to the event more objectively. Besides, this system can also help student affair to solve administration problems well and quickly.
