- Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika Teknik Komputer (STIKOM) as a college that focuses on Information technology (IT) and information system (IS), must have high response regard to technology changes. Because of this reason STIKOM needs a good IT Governance according to business plan STIKOM. In order to control IT Governance uses COBIT 4.0 standard, that provides control of IT governance. It starts at planning, organizing, building and implementation, execution and services up to controlling and evaluation. The result of this planned is STIKOM IT Master Plan Information Technology and Information System (IS) development as a reference of STIKOM IT Governance.
