- Irrigation department as goverment institution which handle flood problems in district(kabupaten), has many irrigation infrastructure amandment suggestion. In setting the suggestion priorities is not only based on economic factory but also many other factors such as: social, environment, citizen and other quality considerations. One of the methods of setting priorities in Multi Cretiria Decision Making is promethee. The assumption of cretiria domination used in promethee value implementation in correlation to "out rangking". The primary advantages are the simplicity, the clearness, and stability. All the parameters used have real influences in setting irrigation amendment suggestion priorities.
