- Decision support system for operational performance in Pelabuhan Indonesia III PERSERO needs to be done to give good and high quality services for public interest. Decision maker can use operational performance appraisal value to make decision. In this research found the score of operational performance results is bad only 1.8 score, from this result comes to suggestion: proposed to sailing agent that gang need to added per ship to increase loading and unloading, service recording on post more accurate than before, no missing performance unreported, proposed to sailing agent and loading company in order to increase using shift.
