  • The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of the collective ambition, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Performance of women’s cooperatives in East Java, Indonesia. The population consists of all the women cooperative managers who are members of Puskowanjati (East Java Women's Cooperative Asosiation). The sample was 150 respondents from 42 women’s cooperatives institutions and committees spreading throughout 20 districts in East Java, Indonesia. The data were analized by using Structural Equation Modeling with the measurement model and structural model. This study proves that collective ambition and organizational commitment have significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The Organizational Culture has no significant effect on OCB but the Collective Ambition, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have significant effect on the performance.
