PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Kediri is one of the state-owned enterprises in East Java has a section that is Rayon Kediri and APJ Kediri who both have enough employees and to manage the data of employees conducted by the SDM in PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Kediri. The problem faced by PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Kediri is necessary for the development and improvement of applications related to human resources in PT. PLN (Persero) APJ Kediri in order to cover the shortage that occurred during this so that applications related to human resources becomes more perfect. Applications related to human resources include: application of employee absenteeism, employee payroll application and employee health care applications. The results of the analysis of the HR application is in the form of a new design of the application design employee absenteeism due to this application there are flaws in the process of sending a report to the central PLN. By doing this analysis is expected to help PLN in managing its human resources so that the flow of poses that exist in the application better and easier for users to operate or run applications related to human resources in PT.
